Chris Anderson established Commonwealth Developers in 2006. Our management and advisory team have collectively over 30 years of real estate building and development experience. Jon Fuller joined Commonwealth Developers in 2008 to round out the executive team with an extensive background in real estate finance. We are building off of our collective experience and wisdom to assist you, our client, in Building Your Future!
Ultimately, our goal is to create quality homes, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of engineering services - from planning and project development, through design and construction documents, to on-site inspection.
Other Key Staff:
Terry Bevington joins our team as significant contributor in maintaining licensing and regulatory requirements at the local and state levels. Terry is also a key asset assuring that we adhere to our Contractor A license requirements.
